besides some of the great movies mentioned here, I liked the mafia movie "Road to perdition".
Let me give you some good but kinda unknown thriller:
11:14 and Lucky number Slevin are the type of the thriller you appreciate at the end.
The Killer inside me one of the best but very disturbing thriller movie (sorry, not a fan of SAW).
If you want suspense thriller then you can't go wrong with The Life of David Gale.
True Crime is one of Clint Eastwood best (yet unknown) mystery thriller.
Road to perdition and The Untouchables are best Crime thriller.
And finally Match Point is one of rare Woody Allen thriller you can't go wrong with.
Enjoy!!
nobody mentioned:
Texas chainsaw massacre
Unknown starring Liam Neeson!
The movies which will surprise you at ending are:
Primal Fear
