Saathi Venezuala TPS termination was blocked coz it was extended by the previous administration at first place n the termination done by this adminstration was found to be on the basis of race n discrimination.But for right now this admin has just postponed the termination being said that they will end in future bhanera lobby garne senate n organisations harule tae bhaneko cha.Nepal ko pani court ma jaancha for sure but we got to see how our case will be presented and how long we can get.

Court jana lai cancel garna paryo ni pahila! South Sudan ko ahile samma announce garya chaina. Afghanistan ko ni kehi bhanya chaina. By law chai 6 months auto extension huna parne ho 60 days agadi decision nagare. Tyo Federal registrar ma halya chaina. Aba k bujhne ho ni tha chaina. Competency nai bhayena aajkal ta. J man lagyo tehi garya cha. Nepal ko k huncha bhanna sakinna.

Yo adimle loop hole khoji raheko cha.kaa baata huncha kasari huncha court ma case nae nagae jhanjhat linae naparne tarikale terminate garna khoji raacha.Because they know once they announce termination then those country will file a lawsuit n then the case will go another year or two ani testae huncha bhanera thaha cha.So they trying to find one.Lets see in future with Nepal.But guys one thing look some other path for legal status as well kina bhane lobby garne sentator harule pani bhani salyo its just a relief for now but they will end tps bhanera.

In a notice dated April 4, 2025, USCIS confirmed that the Hong Kong DED program—originally approved by the previous administration—will continue through February 2027. The current administration has raised no objections. Recipients can renew their work permits (EADs) for two more years, with no new hurdles in their way.

According to a source in D.C., there’s good news coming for Nepal TPS as well. I’ll confirm it by next Friday—or maybe earlier.
