Two of my friends F1 reinstatement got denied. Mine still pending.
Is the court going to do something ?
Any Nepalese Society Agency doing anything for TPS?

No. They don't want to take chance. Even Adhikaar & National TPS alliance are cricket in their social media post about any TPS related posts even though TPS Alliance participated in lawsuit that they lost. Trump admin may revoke their Tax exemption status and loose funding.

p.s Nepalese society never do anything besides Temples and "Sadasya" buildup. Lol

As per the other nation’s TPS alliances they also mentioned that there was not much participation from Nepalese communities for lobbying in White House for TPS extention the representation is very low. They might file a lawsuit for chances are very slim for a 6 month grace time might get only 60 days as during the case pending time they are saying EAD might not be extended

Afganistan ko TPS chahi 60 days bhanda agadi nai terminate bhako le 60 days grace period pako hola. Nepal ko terminate nabahneko le by law 6 months extension hunu parne ho. I think it is on the practice but may not be mandatory. I have also applied some schools and hoping to get I 20 before june 24 so that I can file I 539. 10 years dheki baseko lai 2 month ma jau bhannu ta naparne ho. Khai K Khai K. I think nepalese community le lobby gare pani or lawsuit gare pani chances chahi ali kam nai cha ki ?

F1 reinstatement chai kina deny bho? Pahila padhai kasto thyo? Kun college ma k padhna jana khojya ahile? How much in saving do you have? Dherai kura ma depend huncha. Have you tried applying for new visa instead of reinstatement?
