Those who are in TPS, what’s your backup plan?

God I really hope TPS gets extended, but there’s so much uncertainty right now. What’s your backup plan in case the worst happens and TPS is terminated?

Are you planning to move to other status?

Also do you really think TPS is going to be terminated for sure?

What i think is whoever recieved TPS before 2020 will be on safe side or the worst that can happen is fight in the court again .

I am in the same Phase here. Don't know what to do? Anyone has any better ideas to be on safe side at least ?

TPS guarantee terminate huncha, tara 6-12 months time chai dincha. 10 barsa dekhi ko TPS immediately end garna mildaina. Manche haru le ghar kinera baseka holan, business huna sakcha. Tyo sab thegan lagauna time ta lagcha ni! Aba maile chai kam ma H1 sponsor gar bhanya chu. 2 palta jasto bhyaucha garna lai. Parena bhane Nepal farkine plan cha mero ta. My suggestion- don't be delusional that TPS will extended and Trump will take pity on you.

@ShreeRaam, tapai le bahneko sahi ho bro , teso bhaye aaba ta Asylum haru 1% pani approve hunna hola?? Court ma bhayeko Asylum case ke sidhai "NO" Bhnacha hola ta court le ? Dherai le théi halla failayaeka chan.....

@Jamesjack, court ko case chai bhanna sakinna. Totally depends on judge and prosecutor. Court case time chai lagcha yedi naya kanoon pass garena bhane. Tyo 400 ki kati chan total judges haru. 2M cases hernu cha. Bhanya jasto sajilo chaina court case lai change garna. Campaign trail ma guff deko jasto hudaina system change garna.

i have asked my employer to file for h1 lottery next year while my PERM is processing, i am also thinking to go back to college for spring semester 2025....really dont want to but got not choice, hoping i get assistantship atleast....i am praying to lord that somehow TPS gets extends another 18 months or biden do something before you go...may be extend it for 4 years before you leave biden buda.....
