3. Agreement Required
All TPS holders who choose to remain in the United States during this six-month extension period, and who wish to keep work authorization, must sign a written agreement.

4. Voluntary Departure After the Extension
By signing the agreement, the beneficiary acknowledges that the extension is temporary and agrees to depart the United States voluntarily at the end of the six-month period, unless the beneficiary has obtained another lawful basis to remain.

Like it or not, this is what is circulating in Washington, D.C., and all law firms are aware of it.

And this is my opinion: since this offer would apply to TPS holders from all countries, the judges in the ongoing court cases may also be okay with it. If that happens, the court cases could be stopped.

They may later add a $2,000 payment for each TPS family member as a gift to help them return to their home country and start a new life.

He/She totally just copied that text from the Justice Department's Self-help guide published in January 2022, and all she did was add on the All TPS holders at the top. It's basically a word-for-word copy of the "guide made by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)". This Sexy in Sari is just a nuisance spreading rumors that have no credibility. It’s probably some bored sore loser behind a keyboard who thinks they’re better than everyone else or someone whose life is so pathetic that they can’t stand to see others happy (typical Nepali Mofos).
