Did the government file an emergency or regular appeal ? If regular it may take several months. If it was emergency appeal then the decision might be soon. Does anybody know whether the gov filed regular or emergency appeal ?

On January 15, DHS submitted an emergency appeal to the Ninth Circuit and requested a stay order to be issued before January 30th, stating that otherwise, the government would suffer irreparable harm due to the TPS holders. They filed the motion, which has not yet been approved, but it is likely to receive approval by Monday or Tuesday.

I am more confident this time than I was previously that the judges of the Ninth District will refrain from issuing a stay order. This time, this case possesses merit, as Secretary Neom violated the APA Act during the termination process of TPS. Given this merit, the District Court judge invalidated the termination of TPS, making it quite challenging for the judges of the Ninth Circuit to overturn this decision and issue a stay order.
