As the political dynamics chances rapid, those who are in verse of deportation after tps being diacontinued , should immediately be looking after selling their house while they still have +equity.

As selling house in this market takes time , months n months and you may not have enough time if you iniciate at last hour and may not get good deal.

Once house is sold, major headache is over and you can think on resettlment options in nepal or other countries and your kids education an all.

Please make your credit score boost up sound and good so you can take much credit , personal loan and so on as needed in last hour .

These 4 years will be kzazzy as hell in terms of immigration , if you could not adjust your status in these 9 tps year , then ur chances are as slim as paper .

Hello, so 1 thing i'm confused about, As the Bhattarai v. Nielsen case is ongoing, why are people worried that TPS will end very soon. Looks like it is unlikely for this to conclude very soon, and even if it does, i think there will be additional 365 days for the transition period for the applicant to find other ways to AOS. So, even in the worst case scenario, i don't think people would need to depart until the end of 2026.

My friend has 3 bussiness and house and he is on tps .he has been in usa for 20 years.will he be deported after tps ends ?And he don’t have family .i know he wodnt be deported if he had kid

Regardless , how many houses and how many years in usa once tps is over ur deported , only us child over 21 years can save u

if you have a child or wife and you have been here for 10 years.The deportation case grants you green card from court
