Thanks Rosa1234, I did too but fortunately I am in the same town so went to knock my old door just in case. I sent you a dm. I also had same situation wrt USCIS communication in current address but they still sent it to my old address. They chose last EAD mailing address to send the doc (faulty algo AND/OR in a hurry I guess). I had not filed a change of address form before (as there was no need), that may have made a difference but I am not sure.

@apunge when did they send out the notice? What is the date on it?

It says notice date 06/18/2024. Weirdly enough receipt number is same as approved EAD . No wonder why it was sent to old address

@apunge: do you know when the letter was actually delivered? Or roughly after how many days after that notice date of 6/18?

@rosa: still nothing. Were you able to find out from USCIS if your notice has been sent out? If so what date? I know the nothing has been received at my current address or the be where my original EAD was delivered, but I'm also considering checking at the two addresses I have lived in between those two just to be safe.

It was probably 6/24. That's what I think the guy at my previous apartment said. Not 100% sure though.

6/24 makes sense. Mine was supposedly sent on 6/24 so I'd expect to have received it by now.

@sajhabus112 they're just telling me to contact lockbox, how did you get to know about the date they sent your notice out?

@rosa I'm not sure what they looked at. They just told me the EAD extension was sent on 6/24 both times that I called.

@sajhabus112, Haven't gotten anything yet, emailed lockbox, but I don't think it'll help. Trying to check my old addresses

Try applying for expedite processing of your EAD just in case you don't get hold of the notice. It does require evidence and cover letter (hand written for better impact apparently). Evidence of severe financial loss could include loss of jobs etc. I had applied for the same and just got email saying they will expedite.

@sajhabus, I got my i797, had hard time dealing with my old apartment but it was there, old address where I got my EAD in 2019. Did you have any luck?

Nice. When was the notice sent out? When did they actually receive it in the mail?

Still waiting for mine.

@rosa apparently uscis sent the letter to my old address but since its been a while since i moved, usps automatically returned it to uscis. upon calling uscis, they deny having received anything back. also, the date on it was june 18, so the uscis agents were bullshitting me when they said it was sent on june 24. USCIS is such a joke. @apunge please check your DM.

They actually sent my expedited EAD card via priority mail. Received yesterday. Would have barely survived job loss (30 days grace period) if I didn't get hold of the notice.

Their email relay is a sus. Anyway, I did not write handwritten cover letter eventhough one USCIS agent had suggested that. My evidences included, email saying I will be placed in unpaid leave which will last for 30 days before de-boarding, and couple of other correspondence of similar nature with i-9 team.
