Suppose , if i go nepal and marry an ordinary girl( hypothetical) n if i have to bring her to the US , what kind if TPS visa she has to apply. Any experiences share ?

i thought once you are enrolled in TPS your spouse automatically gets TPS visa because us has signed the Universal Decleration of Human rights which states you cannot separate spouse under this law thats why if you have f1 spouse gets autimatic f2 , h1 -h4 , l1 -l2 n so on . so once your are enrolled in tps ur wife dont have to apply b1/2 she can automatically comes to usa under advance payroll , is this not true? jsu asking my few doubts . i have a very strong urge of marrige in neap future and bring wife here

TPS has no derivative visa so this will NOT work. Also, anyone “Who Failed to Continuously Maintain Lawful Status Since Entry into United States or Who Continues in, or Accepts, Unauthorized Employment Prior to Filing for Adjustment” is barred from adjusting status unless one applies as an immediate relative or under 245(k) or VAWA based applicant or certain special immigrant. This bar applies to “All entries and time periods spent in the United States (departure and return does not remove the ineligibility).” TPS also doesn’t cure any prior unlawful stay. This all makes sense why he is having issues with EB2 and probably his only option to get a green card is to do consular processing unless he marries a US citizen.
