Just a few days after spending $14 Million on a no-bid contract to fix the reflecting pool it has turned green with algae again.

But the best part is in order to kill all the algae they'd need to dump over 8,000 liters of 12% hydrogen peroxide into the pool. And would need to keep doing so every few days as the sun breaks down hydrogen peroxide into water. The few dozen gallons these workers are pouring comes nowhere close to enough
