I hipe only high paying engineers and scientists get this H1B visa . In last decade the abuse and fraud on this lottery system rose to 500% . All the past fraudulent case should be thoroughly investigated .
NEPAL also took advantages of it .
2-3 years similar thing like h1b occured. Nepalese students cheated on USMLE test and became doctors. I hope their licenze be taken away .
All nepali mojos have become either thieves or thugs
