The Biden Administration may extend work permits and redesignate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for eligible non-citizen still in the U.S., and could also ease H1-B visa rules within next
sixty days.

I recently watched an interview on YouTube featuring a respected American-Nepalese attorney discussing U.S. immigration matters. While his insights were interesting, he seemed a bit out of touch with the current reality, almost enjoying the speculation around the challenges people might face after Jan 20, 2025.

Kya baat hai!!! He seems ready with his popcorn, waiting to see the "Trump Tamasha" unfold on January 20.
