CNN is reporting on how and when DJT’s allies and some corporations are in the process of enacting mass deportations of people in America.

Trump’s day one priority is to reinstate his former administration’s border policies and reverse those of President Joe Biden, senior Trump adviser Jason Miller told CNN.

Not only are undocumented immigrants in the sight of DJT and his advisors but legal immigrants, too. Which means both DACA and TPS individuals will be deported under DJT within a fast tracked priority.

A key issue under consideration is how, when and if to deport immigrants who were brought to the United States as children, commonly known as Dreamers.

With the recent Trump appointed U.S. District Court Judge J. Campbell Barkerin Texas ruling the Biden administration cannot legally protect immigrant spouses who are married to US citizens. This could mean half a million spouses could be deported.

The ruling is a major defeat for the outgoing Biden administration, which argued the policy, known as Keeping Families Together, promoted family unity among mixed-status households. When it was announced earlier this year, officials said roughly half-a-million undocumented immigrants were likely eligible for the program.

Trump will let TPS and other program protections expire. This will mean up to 2.7 million people could be caught up in Trump’s Deportation Machine in the coming year.

Trump officials could add millions of people to potential deportation rolls by allowing immigration safeguards, such as TPS, to end. Immigration enforcement personnel in a second Trump administration could find targeting long-time residents and workers an advantageous way to boost deportation numbers.

The incoming administration will use any means to reach their goal of deporting 8.9% of the US population. But Trump said that cost is not a factor in his willingness to create chaos both economic and socially to America.

The American Immigration Council estimates Trump's plan, potentially targeting between 11 and 14 million people, would cost the U.S. upwards of $315 billion if fully realized.

This will be the future for the people of America in 2025 and beyond.

They can try to deport Dreamers and TPS but how about the social security and medicare taxes paid by these people? A person from Haiti on TPS has probably stayed for 25-30 years and paid a lot in Social Security/Medicare taxes. So, if the govt wants to deport...they have to consider payroll taxes paid by these individuals too. There are illegals from 200 countries but looks like the main focus is on 9 TPS countries. Also, when it came to voter survey...immigration was not even in the top 3 of the priority agenda among US voters. Obviously for immigrants, immigration maybe the hot topic but general voters had things like economy/inflation and war higher on the priority list.

If they go back home, they can withdraw social security, it may create a dent on Social Security which is already in turmoil. You may have heard from presidential candidates (Curry and MAGA ) were blaming other party about it.

@logan yes, exactly! this would be a tough call even a rough estimate of 900K TPS holders and 1.1M DACA would mean 2M ppl. A reasonable assumption is that these an average individual has contributed maybe around 100K per person...so, is the US able to return this? Some TPS holders have likely worked for 20-30 years but 100K on avg is a reasonable estimate..let's see how US judiciary handles this if Trump decides to kick the 2M out. The bigger problem for US is the undocumented immigrants who could be over 20M. so, lets see how the trump's new border czar, Kristi Noem (new DHS sec) and congress will handle this

Easy guys. Trump will not renew any TPS may be stop that program immediately. But silver lining is that ACLU and other Civil liberty communities are prepared to combat so it will tie up in the legal limbo prompting automatic extension saving thousands of bucks. If Trump is smart he will continue to renew TPS and focus on criminals. He can build his legacy if he wants to unify the communities.

I don't believe the ACLU can help anymore. With control over the Supreme Court, the House, and the Senate, he is consolidating power. He's installing a puppet Senate leader, and Trump has demanded senators allow recess appointments. Surrounded by yes-men, he's on the path to becoming a dictator. I urge everyone to document those they know with false asylum claims and who are now MAGA supporters, detailing the fraud they committed. If you're in Texas, you might be sitting on a gold mine. According to his Border Czar, even their children, who are U.S. citizens, will be deported with them. Let them understand the consequences of their vote. Let's fight tooth and nail.

If the GOP gains control of Congress and prioritizes mass deportation, state resistance could still be significant, especially in sanctuary states and cities. State and local resistance would likely limit the reach of mass deportation, even if there is support from a GOP-controlled Congress. State autonomy protections, community policing priorities, logistical barriers, and potential legal pushback would likely slow, limit, or reshape the federal government's ability to implement a widespread deportation agenda. States like California, New York, and Illinois could still legally challenge federal deportation mandates, arguing that mass deportation violates state autonomy and that compelling states to enforce federal immigration policies breaches the Tenth Amendment.

Trump has called for termination of constitution, I don't think for a dictator it means nothing. Citizens Facing Deportation Isn’t New. U.S. Removed Mexican-Americans in the 1930s. Tom Homan is Project 2025 co-author.
