१ २ वर्षमा जब परिबर्तन गरिरहन्छु , यो हिसाबले बर्सने PCP establish गरि राख्नु पर्ने भयो . भखर भखर जब परिवर्तन गरे तेसैले PCP establish गर्न डाक्टरको समय लिए . १५ दिन कुर्नु पर्ने भयो , कुरे . आफ्नो पालो आए पछि डाक्टर अफिसमा गए , नर्सले स्वागत गरेर भाईटल लिनु भयो तेस्पछि अर्को कोठामा स्कर्ट गरेर लानु भयो र डाक्टर लाइ कुर्नु भन्नु भयो . १० मिनेट सम्म कुरे पछि डाक्टर जस्तै लाग्ने एउटा महिला छिर्नु भयो र आफ्नो परिचय दिनु भयो र सोध्नु भयो " what brings u today ?" मैले वहाको पोटिलो छातीमा name -plate हरे , न त्यहाँ MD थियो न Dr . थियो त केवल नामको पछाडी NP . ( nurse practicner ) . पारो ताती गयो . १५ दिन कुरेरे डाक्टर को समय लिए पछि नर्स संग चेक अप गर्नु परे पछि कसको पारो तात्दैन होला ?डाक्टरले जच्दैन भने म नर्स संग जचाउदैन भनेर उठेर हिडे र अर्को हप्ता अर्को डाक्टरको समय लिएको छु . डाक्टर र नर्स भनेका फरक पेसा हुन् र इनको योग्येता र अध्यानमा आकास जमिन को फरक छ . अम्रिकामा सामान्य डाक्टर बन्न १२ वर्षको पढाई र ५ लाख डलर खर्च हुन्छ भने न्युरो सर्जन बन्न १८ वर्ष पढेको हुनु पर्छ. जबकि NP बन्न २ वर्ष को PCL र १५ महिनाको NP कोर्स हुन्छ त्यो पनि अक्सर ONLINE कोर्स . कम्तिमा १२ वर्ष अध्यन गरेको डाक्टर संग हरेक जरा जरा को जानकारी हुन्छ तर येस्ता १ बर्से online पढेका NP , PA लाइ सतही ज्ञान मात्र हुन्छ जुन तपाई हामीले पनि Youtoube बाट लिन सक्छौ . NP PA लाइ डाक्टरको सहायकको रुपमा काम गर्न सृजित कोर्स यो तर यहाँ त पैसा बचाउने नाममा बिकृति फैली राखेको छ . तपाइलाई जहाँ जहाँ NP pa ले जाच गर्न आउछन , यिनीहरु लाइ बहिस्कार गरौ

कहाँ हुने रैछ एस्तो? २ yrs PCL + १५ mnths NP = ३.३ Yrs म NP हुने भए म पनि अब बरु NP बन्न लाग्नु पर्ला ।

Consider healthcare abroad, in places like Cuba or major cities in Nepal, where doctors are more accessible and affordable.

for a family, your employer pays 25000 a year and you pay 12000 additional for health insurance and in return you get examined by a Nurse Practicner NP with 3 year community college degree and 1 year NP top up degree . is this acceptable to you ? this is exploitations by hospital system to the doctor and you because they hire NP at a cost of 1/5 of doctors salary to make profit . this is unacceptable to me atleast . i have the courace to walk out and wait for another doctors appointment , what about you ?

Yo pahila choti hospital gaako jasto cha yaha ayera. Oieepaagal talai thaha chaina yaha specialists doctor sanga appointment lina ko lagi ki referral chahinchha ki talai thulai rog laageko hunu parcha . Talai matra haina yaha sabai le pahila ARNP lai nai bhetne ho . Kasto kasto gwachhhhh haru america aayipugeko xha bhane ni
Guff pani katti dina sakeko hola 25000 usko employer le ani additional 12000 re. Sala lai kutdai hospital lagau jasto laagcha .

@sojhobahun appointment was for doctor but NP showed up that what put me suprised and betrayal @Meronepal, let me educate you something Im talking about PCP , primary care physician here not specialist doctors , PCP are are not specialist so you dont need nobody referral to meet PCP for routine check up. not everywhere you are checked by NP unless you have Medicare or whatever you guys hold free insurance from the government . i am having solid insurance plan from my employer so i can chose the doctor i want within my network . if you are surprised that your employer pays 25000/yr for the family of 3 or 4 then you definitely dont work and depend upon Medicare or medicade or Obamacare or whatever you guys like to call it

Oh! Logan ji n banddv same person? It was kinda in my mind but could not express in words because people get offended easily. I read his comments several times but cold not make sence, at some point i thought deleting his comments , but never mind he is not offenaive .

I feel many people dont understand my writing as well same way we dont understand loganji commens. Its just matter of communjcations skill which can be improved thats it , n same applies to me as well to some extenct.
