Hello, I applied for TPS registration in November 2023, and as of March 17th, my case is still pending. For those who applied for TPS in November, have you received your EAD yet?

Hello @IamDJ, Looks like you received NOID, please make sure to respond it on time. You can respond it via online. I got the same message and checked under my documents and the notice was there. It's a bit stressfull at the moment, but hopefully the will approve it soon now. Thanks,

June samma ta kehi hudaina. Tyo pachi ni at least 6 months ko time ta hunchq camcel nai gare pani. Aba ki ta aru bato bata status change garna thale huncha ki ta Nepal jana milaye huncha. House, senate sab jitya cha republican le. Supreme court ni republican kai cha. Suru ko 2 barsa purai man mani garne bhaye aba.

Court le ta kehi gardaina tara ali delay chai huncha court ma case move huda. Deportation ni time lagcha. Tetro resources ka bata lyaucha ra suru mai. Border chai control garcha hola first priority. TPS chai kasaiko ni renew gardaina hola yo pali tara termination garna lai 6 months to 1 year time ta dina parne ho law anusaar. Tyo time bhitra H1 hatu kehi garna sake thikai ho natra Nepal gaye huncha.

court ma obviously nai lancha jasto lagcha, atleast ekchoti try chai garchan jasto lagcha like last time.....h1 apply hann bhannu parla jasto chha ekchoti lai next year(h1 ma unlukcy nai chhu)...TPS approve huna one year layo, PERM ta kahile ho kahile.... nepal jana ta mildena, aba back to f1 reinstate hernu parla jasto chha before TPS gets terminated..

Next year nai new h1 rule lagu bhaya ta hunthyo, next year ta hunna hola…..katai bata court le 4 years delay/block garde hunthyo ni….Biden le janu bhanda pahila kehi nagarla jasto chha DACA TPs……Trump le aru kehi focus nagrera immigration ma matrai focus garla jasto chha
