Well, it's going to be one or two of the greatest semifinals in the history of the World Cup with the top four-ranked teams vying for a place in the finals. FIFA is set to make the most money out of any World Cups so far, and we are still a week away from going back to the normal sleep cycle after a month or more of late nights or early mornings zombie fest!

France will face Spain. It's Mbappé vs Yamal. It's Real Madrid vs Barcelona, and well, let's see how the Spaniards handle the French this time. France wants to be back in the World Cup finals, making it the third time in the past three editions. Spain has been somewhere since they won in 2010, with early exits, but they can finally make it to the finals after 16 years of tiki taka!

England is back with Bellingham showing them the way to the semifinals. Bellingham and Kane have carried the English team so far, and both have six goals, a first for any team where two players have scored that many goals! They will face Argentia once again. Does anybody remember the Hand of God back in 1986?

Argentina is somehow still hanging on as Messi sits on the top goalscorer list with Mbappé. They both have 8 goals, but Messi would have had 10 and the other 9 if both of them had not missed penalties along the way. I think Mbappé will be around for the next World Cup, and he will probably be the top all-time World Cup goalscorer by then.

So it's a battle between Messi and Mbappé for the Golden Boot this World Cup. Messi and Mbappé both have a World Cup title under their belts. Mbappé has the Golden Boot from last time. Let's hope Messi scores a few more to win the Golden Boot this time.

I think it's going to be fun, exciting, and also heartbreaking for some of us as we see our favorite teams lose in the semifinals. It would be fun to see France square off with Argentina again, or maybe Spain and England face each other in the finals. The English have waited 60 years, and I don't know if it's coming home this time, but let us wish them some luck as well!

This will be the last World Cup for Messi and Kane. Mbappé still has the energy to maybe play one or two more, but Bellingham and Yamal will be around for another decade or more. Messi will be the greatest of all the GOATs if Argentina manages to win the World Cup 2026.

Mbappé could help France win it back after getting unlucky in the penalty shootout last time in Qatar. Spain could bring back the glory that disappeared after 2010. And the Three Lions could finally bring it back home after 60 years of wandering around.

And let's hope FIFA will be less corrupt and money hungry and not suck the marrow out of this beautiful game. Football is the only sport that the world loves. Yes, the Americans love baseball, basketball, and American football, and the Indians think only cricket is a sport, but at the end of the day, football unites the world, and it's time FIFA devotes more of its energy, funds, and support to the small nations rather than thinking of minting billions more.
