The Supreme Court’s new TPS ruling may increase the risk of Notices to Appear, or NTAs, for former TPS holders.

The Court made it harder for judges to stop TPS terminations, so people who lose TPS and have no other valid immigration status may be placed in immigration court.

A large number of Notices to Appear could be issued before the end of July.
