I Don’t have high hopes for this bill to pass but Last paragraph does implies that beside DACA and Dreamers, other individuals with different immigration statuses who meet the criteria of being college graduates with high-skilled job offers may also be eligible for the facilitated employment visa process….so TPS is included as well….
