Saathi Haru, I wanted to ask if you've seen any recent successful cases of individuals changing status from TPS to F-1. I understand it used to be a more straightforward process before, but I’m curious to know whether people still getting approvals now ? Thanks in advance.

@lamdj, in the previous post, you mentioned that you applied on May 19 and received rejection on may 31. Did they rejected so quickly? I received I 20 today but ' I am quite unsure whether to apply I 539 with regular process. As per your discussion earlier, it is quite confirm that TPS cannot be change to F1. But I am still thinking to apply so that I might have some more time to look other options. I believe in regular process at least they took 5-6 months. Just I want to get some more time. I am also thinking to apply 140 for eb2(NIW) but chances are very less but I teach math to the community college, univ ,people of color etc. I have strong student evaluation, and hope chairs and dean will write good recommendation letters. Since I do not have phd and publications and still chances are slim. But I 539 and I 140 are different things. can we file together? Anybody has idea ? suggestions please

I applied for premium processing to get the decision in about a week. They denied, and now I am down 3K. Khoi ke garne ho ? Kasilali TPS to f1 approve case thaha cha bhane share garenu.

Hello Lamdj Taphaile kun program ma apply garnu bhayo, Bachelor or Master degree. Do you have already degree from usa ? Did you also travel on advance parole. I am thinking to apply regular to apply I -539 so that I can get more time. But chance nai chaina bhanke kina garne.I have already one master and trying to apply for second master. Khai k garne garne. I-290B like appeal garyou bhane kehi samaya lai lingering huncha ki tapahiko case ma? I saw on internet. so that you can find more options. Do you know any reliable lawyer? How is Mr. Sedahi? Did he give you wrong information or tps to f1 rule change recently. Further lawsuit bhayera extension hune chance cha ra ?
