If you ignore and keep downvoting their thread into oblivion it will counter annoy them.  Please click on the red arrow  besides the thread to downvote the thread. We will need 15 downvote difference (meaning  the difference between downvote and upvote should be 15) to send thread packing into the heap of garbage where it belongs. Also,  please utilize  Flag  function next to the user to alert the admin.
