Investigators have charged Jiba Raj Acharya with two counts each of computer-aided solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes, attempted possession of pornography involving juveniles, and indecent behavior with juveniles.  He must have done this when he was high. He must be unaware of that dateline program where one Nepali professor from Florida was caught few years ago. His life is doomed. His hard earned degree is wasted.  Is he married or unmarried?

Just like coin has two sides, he has phd and on the other side he has shown his mentality, it took just a long time to surface this. He is innocent until proven guilty. All I can say is GOD bless his wife and daughters.
