Nepali property market
Hi Guys, I have heard Nepali property market has been down for last year or so. Has anyone bought land or house recently in Kathmandu? If so what did you find. Any suggestions ? I am also looking to buy land or house in next few months. cheers,

Its gonna come back again, Revenue collections are up by 16 percent this year. Banks have over 60 billion rupees in excess liquidity and now there's no need to show income source on transactions upto 1 crore. It wont be as crazy this time though since the players in the market hve matured. Bottom line, its good to buy now
