 Namaste,     We know various corruption scandals and convictions in Nepal.    Two weeks back, I met a gentleman in California, who had just came from Nepal. He was aggressively looking for investment opportunities here in USA. Or he was looking for people who were willing to give him $ here in US and he would pay them (Rs.) in Nepal [in a higher value].    Later I came to know that this gentleman's name is Pushpa Wagle and he is from Tanahun. He was employed by Govindra Raj Joshi in CTEVT, Kathmandu. I also heard that his brother and family had helped to disperse Joshi's wealth for a decade or so. This gentleman stills works as an officer in CTEVT.   Interestingly, this guy comes to USA every year as a tourist with his family. Every time he comes, he looks for investment opportunities here in US or tries to exchange $ here in US and wants to pay Rs in Nepal. Seems like he is helping Joshi ET AL to make their black money white.Very suspicious!   Currently, Mr. Wagle is visiting different parts of USA. These are the same group of people who aggressively voice and fund "Dual Citizenship" for Nepal.That way Nepali corrupts can easily bring money in the first world.

 I know Pushpa Wagle's background very well.    1) Pushpa Wagle has been trusted lieutenant of Govinda Raj Joshi.  2) Pushpa's wife Sanju Bhattarai Wagle was my classmate at Trichandra College. She was a chain smoker and alcoholic person. Then it was rare for a girl. All she did was she spent time around the cafeteria. She always had money to buy tea and food for her gang of 10 or so. Everyone knew the money she spent was NOT hard earned!  3) God knows how much Pushpa and his father in-law Chhabi Raman Bhattarai (Sasura) benefited from their relationship with Govinda Raj Joshi.  Puspe is Joshi's Hanuman. He made so much money from Joshi. I wish our justice system will reach people like him some day.   Some peole have very interesting family. Puspa is corrupt. His uncle Chiranjeeve Wagle is corrupt. His Sasura Chhabi Raman Bhattarai is  corrupt. His brother Shanti Wagle's Susura (Rishi Kanta Paudel) was corrupt. I guess corruption is in the blood of the family.
