Hello everybody. I came to united states in spring 2007. I could not do well in my studies during my initial days so i got academic dismissal from the university. but I transferred to a different college and fixed my GPA  (3.5) right now. I am graduating in couple of months and plan to apply for OPT. My question here is, do i have problem getting h1 b petition approved on the way due to my past academic suspension back in 2008. any inputs  will be much appreciated. Thanks.

University dont accept academic dismissed, it will be in your transcript, i dont know how you did it man, but it should not create problem in your H1-B,
