 lol, genetics bhanne sabda sunyaa chha? tyasaiko kaaranle garda ho.  there's a speculation that some gene in chromosome 18 is responsible for that. if you want, you can mutate that gene and get a huge butt like that of african american women. wait. it's probably too late for you or your spouse, but you can try it in your offspring
