 My employer was ready to file H1B for me this year for April 2012 entry. Everything was set. However,  I had a kind of argument with the attorney  they had hired as he's really an arrogant insane crap. Eventually h1b ta file bho. Tara i have doubt tyo attorney le personal dispute ko karan, probably galat tarikale h1b file  gardiyeko hunca sakca.  Ma galat pani huna sakchu tara pani i just want to be clear. How can we be assure that h1b filed for us is done accurately. I have been provided a case number after h1b petition is filed. I am waiting for the result. Hope to be positive if tyo dakale kei galat nagareko bhaye Thank you.

 Tension linu pardaina bro. H1B thik tarikale nai file garnu parchha. galat information rakhna mildaina kinaki tesko pani ta license jafat hunchha ni feri if he had intentionally filed the wrong H1B. you don't have to worry. Just chill and wait for positive results.

Typically company haru le employee lai H1b petition ko copy dinchan. Afno petition ko copy magana attorney sanga, tetti bhae pachi dekhihalchau ni brother.

There should be some numbers when filed? Get that number? You can check the status.
