You don't need an experience letter for H1. who told you that ? Sometimes if you just google these questions, you get better answers ! It depends on the job you are applying. IF the job requires only undergraduate degree and the company is willing to hire you, that's it. You don't need any experience to file H1. Good luck.

 i am working in the IT field  and i have completed undergrad in Accounting. That is why my consultancy is asking me to show some kind of expereice letter. and if you know what are other document i need. could you please let me know? Thx for suggestion.

 I am in 2nd term H1B and as I know you need experience letter which would be better if you provide from current manager.
