That's right and also , it's not just civil war. It would be regional war if there is due one. Nepals Maoist Civil war was civil war, rebel fighting against government.

 @dhoti_prasad Have you heard the song "We don't need no education" (Another Brick in the Wall) by the BRITISH band Pink Floyd?  Double negation is sometimes used for extra emphasis.
