My dad filed for an I 730 asylee relative petition for me, my mom and my brother in April 17 2012. How long does it take to process the case and what is the approval rate for Nepal. I am 16 years old and my brother is 17 and we aren't involved in any activities. The same goes for my mom. Please comment
