Sajhaites, I need some serious suggestions regarding sponsoring my brother. I am a US citizen and I want to sponsor my own brother who is about to finish his masters in Physics. I just wanted to know how long the whole process takes or is it better for him to wait until he graduates and apply for H1?... I would really appreciate your time and help. Thank you, looser
