I am planning to file asylum .I am in west Virgina now . I heard Virgina is a good place for that. Currently, I am studying Bachelor . Is it good way to do that or not ? Please suggest me . Looking forward from you all.

It's not good time to file asylum. Wait until Jestha 14 and see the situation after that and take the apprepriate steps.
