RE-ENTRY PERMIT

 Hello Sajha Friends, I  am planing to go home soon for about 2 months with conditional green card.  In such situation, do I need to apply for re-entry permit? My lawyer mailed me today- said I have to apply re-entry permit  before I leave US. Do you know anything about it? Please share, Thank you

I am pretty sure you don't need a permit.

 this shows how ignorant some immigration lawyers are... most of them are smart but lots of them are just physcology , english etc majors who couldn't find jobs after school and decided to take more loans..
