Survival Condo Location: Kansas Price: $1 million for half-floor unit/ $2 million for full floor unit Bedrooms: see below Bathrooms: N/A Square footage: 900 half-floor / 1,820 full-floor unit There are others, but the Survival Condo is the granddaddy of underground bunkers, making optimal use of an Atlas “F” missile base. This formerly used defense site was engineered by the U.S. government in 1960 with nine-foot-thick walls to withstand a nuclear blast. Florida developer Larry Hall is creating a 15-floor complex with facilities and supplies to support between 36 and 70 people for more than five years while off the grid. Residential condos are available in full-floor and half-floor layouts, with a full floor housing six to 10 people and the half-floor housing three to five. Residents have also been promised access to a zero-edge pool with wall mural, hydroponic food-growing area, exercise facilities, classroom, library, a movie theater, surgery center and an in-house dentist/orthodontist. To monitor what’s happening on the outside, the facility also has a Remotely Piloted Vehicle, equipped with light and thermal-imaging cameras and a military grade security system with “both lethal and non-lethal defensive capabilities.” After two pending sales go through, only two of the seven residential levels are left, for a total of two to four more units.

hmmm Saw the news of earthquake in south of california today ...could be one of the sign of coming doomsday
fantush · Apr 29, 2012 1:38 AM
When you are the only survivor why on earth you need cash, documents, gold, silver, guns, ammunition? even clothes are not needed. The whole world is yours and you need some tarzan's skill now.
georgian_satellite · Apr 29, 2012 4:42 AM
what happens on doomsday? will the earth exist?
jhapaliketo · Apr 29, 2012 7:38 AM
the only reason I said guns or any weapons plus gold and silver is because they're must. I agree cash or documents don't really matter in that scenario since there could be nothing left but simply assuming you are the only one tarzan could be proven fatal. Since there will be no law, you could be killed or harmed, so we need weapons. We also need it to protect from any other wild life forms if there are. And say you rendevous with some other tarzans may be the gold and silver could start something for you. I wouldn't dare to exchange cash or if someone would dare I would slap that person right on the spot, but If presumably I would see the gold or silver, I might change my mind :D This precious metal is what has been causing people to do something since ages.

http://channel.nationalgeograp... All the doomsday preppers should follow the above mentioned show religiously. It provides some good insight as to what needs to be done. I have already bought a piece of land and placed built a bunker in a classified location and i have room for one more person. If you are interested please post comment on why you should be picked over others? At the end I will decide on 3 finalist out of which two will be eliminated. **interview test may require you to drink your own piss** This bunker is well fortified, it's in a jungle location with ample food and water supply. We have bunk beds, blankets et al. there is solar powered generator that will light up the bunker. other features includes TV/DVD (only survivor series, man vs wild dvd collection)/Xbox (sorry no wireless controller, i dont think battries will be available), refrigerator/dish washer/laundry and dryer/central heating and AC/ two full bathroom/full. sorry no toilet paper will be available so we have to rely on water supply to clean ourselves. This fort is well protected against zombies, vampires, werewolves and any other kind of beasts. Please bring your own weapon if you so desire. No pets allowed, unless you want to raise a goat or chicken for future food supply. Thanks Last edited: 30-Apr-12 09:44 AM
