Clarifying everything about my poem बा म तिम्रो छोरो प्रकास, सगरमाथाको फेदी बाट

 म दस कक्ष्या मा पद्डा मैले एउटा कबिता लेखेको थे , शान्ती सम्झौता को बारे मा । अनी २-४ ठाउँ पठाको  पनि थिए तर मेरो नाम बाट कतै आएन किन कि न कुनै चिर पारीचित लेखक थिए न म सँग पैसा ख्वाएर छाप्ने तागत नै थो । तै पनि भन्सुन गरेर हुन्छ कि भनेर म कान्तिपुर मा काम गर्ने मेरो काका बाउ को मा गएको थिए । बुदा ले घोरिएर कबिता पढे र एउता वाक्य (जुन अली घतिलो थो) तेल्लाई च्याप समतेर भने भतिज मैले यो कबिता पढि सके । म ट्वा परे र भने काका लेख्ने मान्छे म हुँ र मेरो कापी को पन्ना बाहेक मैले अैले सम्म २-४ वटा प्रकाशन मा पठाउने बहेक अरु कसैलाई देखाको छैन फेरी त्यो कसरी हुन सक्छ । बुदा ले भने मलाई त्यो त थाहा भएन भतिज तर मैले यो कबिता अर्कै को नाम बाट पढी सके । म निशब्द भये । मैले काका लाई भने काका अब मैले केही गर्न सक्छु त किन कि मेरो कबिता हो म सँग खेर्सा छ , म सँग प्रमाण छ भन्दा मलाई काका ले भन्नु भो बाबु यहाँ महाकबी को काब्य को आधा भाग नै चोरेर छाप्दा त केइ हुन्न तिम्रो एउटा कबिता लाई कल्ले महत्तो दिन्छ ।  म केही नभनी त्यो कबिता लिएर फर्किये र मलाई याद छ म अमेरिका आउन भन्दा पैले मैले मेरा सब रचना हरु आफ्नै हातले दाहसन्स्कार गरेर अको थे । मलाई के थाहा अमेरिका को यो मरे तुल्य जीवन ले मलाई फेरी लेख्न वाध्य बनाउछ भनेर ।  हिजो म सुती रहेको बेला मा मेरो texasnepal.com को साथी ले मलाई फोन गर्नु भयो र भन्नु भयो तिम्ले तिम्रो कबिता अरु लाई नि प्रकाशन गर्न देको थेउ, मैले भने sajha.com र तिम्रो बाहेक अरु लाई देको छैन यार । अनी उस्ले मलाई एउता link पठायो । म हेरेको हेरै भये , मेरै कबिता २-४ ब्याक्क फरक गरेर अरु ले अरु को नाम मा अरु को फेसबुक मा रखेछ ।  मैले अैले सम्म मेरो कबिता sajha.com र texasnepal.com बहेक अरु मा राखेको छैन । मेरो आफ्नै वेब साईट मा नि छैन । मेरो पुरनो फेसबुक मा थो त्यो पनि उद्यो र अैले को म १-२ त भन्दा बदी छैन ।  मलाई नाम को कुनै भोक छैन , न मलाई कबी बनेर सित्तै मा चिया खाँदै हिंड्नु छ । तर अरु कसैले मेरो श्रीजना लाई चोरेर आफ्नो बनाएर आफु वाह वाही पाउछ भने म कसरी हेरेर बसु?  न म अैले १० कक्ष्या मा पद्छु न अैले मलाई थाहा नै छैन कि कल्ले कहाँ चोर्यो ।  मलाई अैले यो नि थाहा छ कि कल्ले कसरी चोर्यो । अनी म किन हेरेर बसु?  म मेरा साझा का मित्र हरु सामु यो खुलस्त पार्द छु कि अैले मेरो हुबहु कबिता चोरी गरेर फेसबुक मा चलेको छ , त्यो मैले गरेको हैन । म अझै भन्छु , त्यो मान्छे , त्यो फेसबुक पेज सँग मेरो केइ समानध छैन । मेरो कबिता केबल sajha.com र texasnepal.com मा प्रकासित  हुन्चन । यो दुई वटा बाट कसैले share गर्छन् भने म हृदय देखी धन्यवाद दिन्छु ।  म मेरा साझा का मित्र हरु सँग अनुरोध गर्दछु कि गएर कम्सेकम त्यो फेसबुक पेजको link मा गएर त्यो मान्छे ले लेखेको हैन भनी दिनुस् । तपाईं हरु लाई थाहै छ , म पैले पनि लेख्थे र शायद अब पनि लेख्छु । तर आफ्नो श्रीजना अरु ले अरु को नाम मा निकाल्दा मलाई कती छटपटी हुन्छ होला ।  कृपया मेरो लागि तेती गर्दिनुस् ।  सदै तपाईं को आभारी हुनेछु  amricane    The person who is resonsible for this all thing.  https://www.facebook.com/magar...  You are great writer Americane bro and pls keep writing.Cheaters will not exist for long time. I liked the idea of giving some name (e.g "Americane Nepali") to ur creation if u don't want to reveal ur original name.

Dear All, At sajha.com there is one thing that unites us all and that is the appreciation and respect for each other's creativity, and sajha.com always strives to be an outlet for creativity among each and every one of us. Amercane's creative compositions are nothing new and they have served to be a welcome distraction in our everyday lives for quite a while as can be seen in his postings. Media outlets such as newspapers and blogs go in circulation due to talented writers. Their popularity is directly proportional to the creativity and upto date content written by the writers. In addition to what is published in Newspapers, media entities have to show respect for intellectual property, in order to promote an ethical literary environment. The current episode in which the credit for Americane's composition was taken by a third party is distasteful to say the least. It is however encouraging to see that the facebook group "Nepali Flag" has removed the posting after questions were raised regarding the authenticity of the writer. In the same token, it would be ideal for the other facebook group नेपाल खबर डट कम to remove the questionably credited poem, but I see the following statement issued by them "sajha.com ले यो लेख हाम्रो हो भनेका छन । यस्मा मेरो केही भन्नु छैन .." "sajha.com ले जहाँ सम्म हाम्रो यो पेज हाम्रो नेपालको खबर लाई चोर को संज्ञा दिइ आफ्नो वालमा हाम्रो फोटो पोस्ट गर्नु भएको छ म त्यस्को घोर बिरोध गर्दछु.." After following this thread by Americane, I wanted to write a response to नेपाल खबर डट कम - but after reading the above comments, it is clear that they want to hold onto the likes and the publicity and the 15 minutes of fame generated by the falsely credited poem. I say this because their comments that I quoted above is clearly fabricated or coming from someone who does not know what sajha.com is, and it would be useless to try to reason with them. The fact of the matter is sajha.com has never made any statements to or about नेपाल खबर डट कम. Sajha.com has never called them a चोर or posted about them in sajha wall or claimed any rights. आफैले आफ्नो दिमाग मा सिर्जना गर्नु भएको कुराको घोर बिरोध गर्नुहुन्छ भने त्येस्मा मेरो केहि भन्नु छैन | Perhaps नेपाल खबर डट कम is not aware that sajha.com is a community site where its members are zealots when it comes to intellectual and creative pursuit and that the members take it as their responsibility to make their voices heard regarding any unethical practices. At sajha.com we honor the pursuit of intellectual creativity. At the same time, we want to urge and encourage other media entities such as नेपाल खबर डट कम to respect intellectual property, provide credit to the rightful writer and not fabricate statements.
