 that is not a family run business........ i used to work at the store before it was taken over......i worked for a very long time......did well.... but the answer the owner game me was he did not like me...... a lot of the people don't even come to the store anymore....... he put some mexican ...... pay him little and make him work...............

Newton, he hired you over an American because he could pay you little and now he hired somebody else because he can pay them even less. It is supply and demand. I don't think that it what you wanted to hear.

Newton - tehi indian kaha kina kaam garnu paryo ta? May be he found cheap resource than you. Kaam diyena bhandai ma IRS lai complain garne? Testo kura ta DOJ ko Labor Department lai po complain garne ta. If you have proof that he fired you just because he didn't like you then you can complain to Labor Department. If he doesn't like you, you start disliking him too and get yourself moving on. Find your dream job next door to him and start giving him attitude.  This is all business.
