 @ Meraj:  We promise your Yearly Salary at the first and whether you are on project or not, we run payroll if you're in bench too. But this will be valid only after you get your first project.

Why not before first project NepRecruiter. If you don't pay in bench , what is the comperitive advantage of joining consultancy than attending traning and making resume by ur self . Please explain..???
