There is a country, which provides salary and compensation for a militia that is not part of the nation’s armed force.   Why? Because the ruling party controls the militia. He could have easily found a business sponsor for his son's trip and many businesses would flock to sponsor it. In any case the move is a blatant disregard of national property and pride.
