Hi Guys, I have a friend who is dentist and is interested in practise dentistry in US.He is having hard time finding financial support to continue DDS degree coz he is not a green card holder.Please share ur thoughts

There are a lot of dating websites. Your friend can find an american girl who he can fallin love with and get married. Many people do that since marriage is a compromise anyways.
