gurus... what program do i run to find the exon part of the DNA sequence,.... i m so novice in this field... help me

Go to pubmed.com and look for your gene on nucleotide database. Once you get it click mRNA found on the same page. Click it and you ll see whole info about mRNA including exons. Now look for that particular exon in your DNA sequence. Cheers
