 Hi Sajha Users, need your kind suggestions . I am working on my OPT right now. My company wants to file for H1b (they are everifeid as well). But I am shaky on doing that. Karan k bhane, maile paile kam garda churot bechda ticket pa ko thye. H1B file garda k k forms ra documents haru huncha, or process kasari step by step jancha? Malai yaha ko sarkar ko form ma jhuto bolna man chaina...tei bhaye ra ticket ko kura khulauna parcha ki pardaina bhanne dar cha. What are you waiting for? The solution lies within (File H1-B). Dont get scared Consult with your company regarding H1B process, necessary documents etc Gather the documents, submit it to your company and file H1-B (4-1-2012) I dont think you would want to stuck on your current status (OPT) forever just because of your past. BTW, you don't have any options other than filing H1-B. Do you? Furthermore,It's good that you did some research before randomly throwing your problem (Unlike most of the sajha folks). ~GoodLuck

 yo change of status ( I-539) form bhane ko k ho. F1 bata H1 ma change huda yo form pani file garnu parcha ho (Mandatory) ho ? sabai process process k k ho, plz taha bha ko manche haru le share garidinus na....thanks for your time.
