Hello Folks, I have a question regarding EDV Second letter. One of my fren has been selected for 2011 DV, but his case number is way back around 65000...so just asking whether there is any possibility to get the second letter. Any information is appreciated. Thanks

I have been selected for 2017 DV programme.I have filled DS-260 form as well....my case number is around 7956....Is there any chances of getting 2nd letter???

Check the visa bulletin for DV 2015 and 2016.. Seems your case no is little higher for selection. Any way Best of luck.................................
