1. Lease out land to companies to build the roads across the country for 20- 50 years.  2. Dissolve RNA and build 50,000 strong commando police force instead. Why the hell we need army for?  3. Education! Education!! Education!!!  4. Draconian law against politicizing schools and colleges including Nepal bandh.

Nepali PM will have limited role and he/she won't be able to do most of the things he/she wants to do. Having said that, if I had the power to change major policies, this is what I will focus on: 1. Security. Voilent protests/Nepal bandhs won't be tolerated. 2. Institute a better mechanism for checks and balance than what we have. Corruption should be nipped. 3. Have an aggressive energy/water mgmt policy. Once the first two things are done, it'd be easier to carry rest of the policies.

Magorkhe that's a wrong example. If every thief is to be put in prison you don't say your relatives could be thieves unless you are a thief and your relatives are thieves. Maybe you have relatives who take bribes and you feel it's ok to take bribes. Don't forget there are people who don't take bribes and who are honest and hardworking.

One of the things I would do is make people accountable. Introduce a system to track all your records (Just like your ssn here).  Make a way to link all your criminal/ financial records . Based upon that, there would be a background check for any jobs, either in government or private sector. I believe students do stupid things becasue there is hardly any bad consequences. If getting a criminal record would hamper their future, everyone would think twice beofore organizing another protest or committing any fraud.

While people are talking about corrupted people and torturing few of them, to set example. Let me talk about something i would do. If i became capable, i would increase the compensation for the civil servants who work their a$$ off to provide food to their family. I would give them better benifits like free education for their children, health care and retirement funds which they can rely on. And then if anyone who can afford living with his own paycheck takes bribes, i would show him the door of prison. I would make the election process transparent and make candidates debate ( like here) and take their stands before taking office. I would try to encourage nationalistic feeling and make daura suruwal, national dress of Nepal.
