Obama mama wants to keep the graduates from the US universitites in the US.  Most likely kaka, Romney, wants to staple Green Card to your Masters or PhD degrees.  Is that going to happen?  Not likely.  These people have been talking about immigration reform for a long time.

Immigration reform in US will never happen.  The close one came on 2007 and that might be it.
