Hello, I'm going to Nepal soon and wish to visit Helambu. Has anybody visited that area? If you have, could you care to shed some light? I heard there are two Helambus (main and secondary), is there any truth in that? What about means of transportation? Can I take a private vehicle?

I visited it back in 2003.that was a lot of walking....but worth it. Not sure how trasportation has changed these last 8 years....gosaikunda is pretty good too. But it should be snowing in both helambu and gosaikunda at this time of year
