Sathiharu ma USA aayeko 6 barsa jati vayo. Visa sakiyeko karan maile euta american keti sanga bihe gareko thiyen. Tara apply granu pahile nai keti sanga divorce vayo and I dont have good relationship with her.  Divorce vayeko 4-5 mahina mai maile arko keti sanga bihe gare. Aile samma bihe smooth nai gai rakheko cha. 2011 ko May ma maile aafno document USCIS  ma pathayeko thiyen. Mero sabai document strong thiyo. finger print 1 mahina pahchi ayo and I also got my travel document and work permit. Tara ahile ( JAN 2012) samma pani mero first interview aayeko chaina. Maile USCIS lai Dec 10 ma phone garda BACKGROOUND CHECKING vai rakheko cha vanchan. Along with that they asked me  to wait for six months before I call them again or wait until I get a letter for my interview. If any of you have gone through this or have any knowledge about the matter, please any help will be higly appreciated.              BACKGROUND CHECK vaneko k ho and how long does it take before they call me for the interview?             Are they going to contact my previous wife?             How safe is it to travel outside the states with travel document in this situation ( my visa is expired) ?                                                               Thank you everyone.

Well did you get a gc bbased on first marriage?if so you are good if not why don't you wait and finish this process.
