Article ko kura choda, REAl life drama suna,  as you said "One of my Friends" ko case, and its Capital One too..maryland ma.. They gave you 10 days, you can suffer those lawyers for a year..and you don't have to pay a dime as well.. Dont answer let them file a lawsuit...after 10 days they will take another 2 weeks to prepare and to file case at the court.( if they are really serious about it) ..once they file  at the court..the court date will be after 2 months, that is 60 days....the total days you gain 74 days...right.. Then again,  go to the court, ask the Clerk, show your case no..and request them that  you want to see the Case Jacket ( its the folder the court put all the documents).. Thanks Maxpyane for your respond. @ Sexy In Sari please post the detail for the free legal advise so that we can talk with them. If they filed a law suits again my friend what will happen to him ? As he on F1 status. He had lots of family problem before so he cannot make a payments on time. I am not sure but I believe he have to pay around 10,000 to few banks. I don't know how can he arranged money for that. Is it gonna be best option for him to talk with some bankruptcy people and to file bankruptcy for 10000. He was in this boat from 2009 and it's been 3 years.
