I use Motorola S10 headset. Works like a charm for me. To make it work,you just have  to pair your headset with the iphone.  Steps: 1)Enable Bluetooth on your Iphone.(Settings>General>Bluetooth) 2)Pair your headset with Iphone as per the instruction manual. Does your motorola bluetooth lets you listen to the youtube videos or ipod songs on your iphone?? I have a bluetooth too, but all it does it help me make a call. I can't use it to listen to any other sounds from youtube or ipod music.

Bluetooth headset as far as I know are commonly referred to as the one that has monophonic speaker with a microphone which usually only works with phone application but not with YouTube videos and iTunes.
