This seems to be a SPAM/SCAM. If you look at his facebook page, few people asked the price from several months and no response. He is just trying to hold people for his real state business and promoting the business. For now, this one appears to be an ad to seek popularity and not a serious seller. I am sure if someone contacts him he would show you another property or try to find you one instead of this one. Just a business.
