 MIle suneko Dallas ma Nepali Restaurant ma waiter lai 3$ per hour plus tips huncha re. Ma temptation ko lagi ta 100 percent sure chu kina ki mero euta sathi thayan kaam gareko thio aru aroma ra everst ko chai sure bhayena. Pahile ta malai Nepali sau haru le tips rakcha hola, employee haru tips pani dedena hola jasto lagera never left a tip in nepali resturant. Malai tha cha Tempation la torture nai garecha employee lai jamma 3$ per hr tirera, aja employee lai kasaile sodyo bhane 8$ per hr bhanna lagaucha re. Aru nepali resturant ko cha malai tha bhayena. Does anyone know hami le nepali resturant ma chodeko tips shau le rakhcha ki employee lai dincha,?

You heard right , they  are suppose to get tips but the tips that is paid by credit card is taken by Owner. Only cash tips are their tips. That is how they make money and that is the real stroy woking in Inidan or Nepali restaurants.

 i have worked in restaurent for sometime.. we waiters have made our own rules. we section our tables.. what i make from the table i am waiting on is 85% mine.. we give 10% to our back-waiter (bussboy/girl)..2.5% to our bartender..2.5% to food-runner.. n yes. $2.50.. is our hourly based salary.. if you think and know that the owner or the manager of the restaurent are keeping the tips.. you can call labor force department. you can be anonymous..
