Yup, according to the rules, one person cannot vote more than twice. But this crook votes for his daughter many times using the InPrivate Browsing feature. ALso, he asks other to vote twice this way. He is retarded. Aafno jaat dekhai halyo. Chor ko budhi bhayeko manche. I am sure his daughter is number one because of this. Its not fair.
